We deliver orders nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
✔ Standard Delivery: 2–3 Business Days
✔ Remote / Village Areas: 3–5 Business Days
Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order completion.
- Free shipping may apply on promotional offers or qualifying orders.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
✔ Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
✔ Courier may contact you before delivery.
✔ A valid phone number and complete address are required.
6. Order Confirmation
For security and accuracy:
- COD orders may be confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Unverified orders may be delayed or cancelled.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, your parcel tracking details may be provided (where available).
Customers may contact our support team for delivery updates.
8. Failed Delivery / Missed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
- Customer phone is switched off / unreachable
- Wrong address provided
- Customer refuses to accept delivery
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or opened:

- Courier slip
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically announced.

11. Shipping Responsibility
Once handed over to courier, risk transfers to the customer; however, we ensure safe packing and trustworthy courier services.
