1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

- With box, label, and seal intact (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and health standards, we cannot accept returns for:

❌ Products with broken seal after customer use
❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse or handling
❌ Items purchased on clearance or special promotion (unless defective)
❌ Free gifts or promotional items
3. Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, you may receive:

or - Refund (if eligible)
Refunds will be issued after product inspection and approval.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order:
✔ Before dispatch — No charges
✔ After dispatch — Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on courier status
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- If return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover shipping charges.
- If return is due to customer change of mind, customer pays courier charges.
6. Product Responsibility
Once the product is delivered to the courier, risk transfers to the customer. However, we ensure safe packaging and trusted courier services.

If you received a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item:
